Anthony Columbus

         Chef Anthony Columbus has enjoyed a career in the culinary arts for over 22 years and is a proud 1992 graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in the Science of Culinary Arts.  Chef Anthony is both an experienced chef, as well as an entrepreneur. He previously owned Tuscany 323 and Tuscany Express in Rockland Center. He is the owner and head chef of Anthony Columbus Catering, a special events catering company that serves clients at the function hall of their choice. Prior to his entrepreneurial roles, Chef Anthony served as Executive Sous Chef for 15 years at the Harvard Club of Boston. Chef Anthony's culinary point of view is all about not taking short-cuts, using quality ingredients and presenting attractive entrees.
